Coordinator Connected Services

Position: Coordinator Connected Services

Key role in managing Customer connected vehicle portfolio to support dealer network in utilizing vehicle data, communicated through telematics, for proactive services to prevent breakdowns.

This position will report to Nikolay Tanev, Team Leader International Assistance

Main activities and responsibilities

  • Ensures timely analysis of connectivity data

  • Collaborates with Service Market team to develop initiatives, process & system improvements to secure customer uptime

  • Works in close cooperation with the international assistance team for increase of network utilization and decrease of unplanned repairs and cost

  • Develops digital ways of communication to match modern truck technology and customer demands

  • Coordinates the information about connected vehicles performance with workshops

  • Establishment and follow up of routines to incorporate remote data into the process of workshop planning, preventive maintenance and inspections

  • Ensures that systems reflect correct vehicle and customer data

  • Creates and maintains commercial, technical and business reports as required

  • Contributes with technical expertise in cooperation with the Field Service engineer, Technical Trainer and Service contract expert

Sufficient level of English (written & verbal)
Good  communication skills
