Renault Used Trucks Sales Coordinator

Key role in coordination, logistics and documentation management for Renault Used Trucks sales. You will report to Renault Trucks Commercial Manager, Ivan Ouchev.

Main activities and responsibilities
• Issuing offers, mailing pre-sales offers to key customers
• Issuing sales & purchase contracts
• Dealing with Notaries, traffic police, customs and local tax authorities
• Stock data base maintenance.
• Customer data base update
• Contributes to the communication effectiveness of the sales team with customers
• Communication with partners, lease companies and subcontractors
• Monitors the correct filing of folders, documentation and their archives
• Work with the Used Trucks administration tool – UTAH
• Cooperate with other parts of the organization and participate in commercial crews

Required competencies
• Communication skills
• Ability to establish good relationships with customers and colleagues
• Planning, self-organization and attention to detail
• English language – basic level of reading and understanding is required
• IS/IT competence
• Clear Driving License and ability to travel
